Stayed here for a friends wedding nearby. Arrived with 20 mins to get to the wedding venue due to match day traffic. Laura on reception was fantastic! She even moved her car to allow us to park and avoid the £85 fee for not being in a bay. We made it to the wedding in time - but Laura showed first class customer service and needs to be praised. I was highly impressed with the soundproofing and overheard a fellow diner at breakfast say the same. Had a nice breakfast and a good sleep - which is what you want from any hotel.

I stayed last night at the hotel with a party who were in Hereford for an RAF reunion. We received a warm welcome and decided to eat in the restaurant. The meal and hospitality were excellent. Laura and her team were wonderful and Laura herself is a credit both to herself and to her employers. She is a delightful young lady, very professional and efficient, and I do hope that the company appreciate all that she and her team do. I, and my colleagues, would have no hesitation at all in returning to the hotel. Many thanks.

Went today 8th Nov for breakfast. Top notch breakfast was very good and piping hot . Cooked to order which is a big plus for us . Chef you exceeded our expectations and our waitress was so polite. We will be back .

Rooms adequately clean (though corners of bathroom were left out; I AM fussy though). Beds were comfy. Quiet room. Room too hot. On the morning of 24/12/23 we all had breakfast which was tasty. The lady running it seemed super stressed and rushed off her feet which I am sympathetic about. However her stress made me stressed. She was short with customers, quickly rattled off choices, sighed and tutted, just pointed quickly when asked where something was and was actually abit brutal to a young male waiter who possibly had less experience, but certainly had a better attitude. Sorry, but for me a pleasant manner is so important. I have been a waitress myself back in the day and despite being super stressed and busy know that a smile can make a real difference to someone's experience. Maybe some customer service training is required (and naturally more staff to limit this behaviour).

Lovely hotel. Would have received all 5stars except for the loudness of the Dinner waitress. Id say Magaritta Praccataan just needs to tone it down a little. Entertaining I guess but quite loud. Very polite though. Kitchen staff also very loud and as its very open plan we got to hear what everyone was having or supper and breakfast! I think the ventilation fan in the kitchen needs looking at as it was quite stiphy during supper. My wife is a snobby mare and felt a tad uncomfortable.

Had a great stay.Room was excellent clean and comfortable The restaurant was very pleasant atmosphere. The food was excellent The staff were very helpful and friendly.. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends

Modern built hotel with a premier feel to the hotel. The car park is pay on arrival, £5 a night. Check in was smooth. The room was clean and continued to have a premier feel and functional to business customers. The only negative was the height of the bath tub, so be prepared to jump in and out. Breakfast is unlimited cooked and continental. Cooked breakfasts are to order and whatever you like.

After visiting the area on 22/10/23 for a family wedding I found the premier inn at Hereford City centre the ideal location to stay, as usual when I stay at the premier inn very happy with the standard of room, bed and facilities however this trip stood out for me in a very different way, 3 days after returning home I realised that I had left my wallet at the property. I called up as soon as I realised and to my delight the wallet had been handed in, along with a bottle of joop which wasn't quite as valuable but still great that it was handed in. There was quite a bit of cash in the wallet and all my bank cards etc. So i just want thank whoever handed it in so much, thank you for your honesty it really means a lot. And thanks for the premier in to safely hold my items until a family member collected them for me. Top service.
